Pete Cohlmia

From an early age, Pete has always been a ‘numbers’ guy.  Whether it was religiously looking up the values of his thousands of baseball cards, to competing to be the first one done with math flash cards in 3rd grade, to saving up his lawn mowing money to buy his first car for $600 at the ripe old age of 15, Pete understands numbers.  And it’s not just numbers that are second nature to Pete. He strives to create value for his clients by honing his financial knowledge and expertise while respecting what it takes to make and grow a hard-earned dollar.

Outside of four years spent away at college, Pete has called Wichita home his entire life.  There’s something to be said for setting down deep roots and being able to seamlessly navigate your hometown because you know the people, places and things that make it tick.

Evenings and weekends, Pete and his wife Tiffany can be found on the sidelines of a basketball court, baseball field, dance studio, or soccer field watching their two children – Jack and Bridget – compete.  They’re active members of Magdalen Catholic Church, where Tiffany grew up and now teaches, and where Jack and Bridget attend school.

A proud graduate of Kansas State University, Pete still loves keeping up with all things K-State although trips to Manhattan are less frequent these days.  When he’s not spending time with his family, Pete is a tech enthusiast/gadget nerd, a master at keeping a manicured lawn, and can be found listening to or watching pretty much any sport, especially his beloved Chicago Cubs (ask him about Cubs Spring Training in 2002).

Pete holds licenses in Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination) as well as being life & health insurance licensed
